Using Vouchers on the Adidas Online Store

2. Locate Voucher Field: Go to your shopping bag and look for "Enter promo code" under the order summary. You might also find it on the delivery page.
3. Enter and Apply Code: Type your voucher code into the designated field and click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your order total.
4. Using the Adidas App: In the app, proceed to checkout and click "Payment" or "Shop Now" to find the voucher code field.

Important Reminders:

• Validity: Vouchers have expiration dates, so make sure yours is still active before using it.
• Product Exclusions: Some vouchers exclude specific items, like exclusive articles. These exclusions are usually noted on the product page.
• Order Modifications: Vouchers cannot be applied after placing an order. To use a voucher, you'll need to cancel the order within 15 minutes and reorder with the voucher applied.
• Combining Promotions: Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Adidas will automatically apply the offer with the highest discount to your order.
• Free Shipping: If the voucher reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges might apply.
